Responsible for all administrative and student issues is the Secretariat of the School of Civil Engineering. The service is staffed by the head of the secretariat and 6 members of administrative staff housed in the upper floor of the three-storey building (ground floor and two floors), behind the building of Hydraulics.

The responsibilities of the secretariat are:

• General administrative support of all functions of the department
• Enrollment of students
• Record keeping of performances (scores) of students, scholarships and diplomas granted
• The receipt of students’ course selections and the syntax of related lists
• The issuance of certificates
• Informing students about the regulations of the Department of Civil Engineering, the possibilities of scholarships, the European student exchange programs and any other necessary or relevant information
• All the above activities relating to postgraduate studies

The secretariat by decision of the board of the department accepts students every working day from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm, while information on educational issues and other issues are listed on the website of the department.
