As scheduled, the marina in Tourlos bay will be completed at a future phase. It will be located between the artificial island of the new passenger terminal and the coast. It will meet all the requirements of a well-organized marina.

The marina will aim at serving the regular tourists and attracting other groups of foreigners. Upon completion of the works in the marina, its capacity will come up to approximately 310 crafts.

Given that there is no safe port for ships on the Cyclades islands, the construction of the marina in Tourlos bay, in a location that is well protected from bad weather conditions, is of great importance for Mykonos.

The dimensions of the berths were measured using PIANC recommendations.
