Formation of the area behind the front
| On the surface
of the artificial island extending behind the quay-wall caissons of
the passenger terminal, there is a limited formation of a land zone,
with coating concrete for the temporary operation of the port, long
before the buildings and the wider modulations of the superstructure
of the entire artificial island. |

| It is noted that there is a 2% slope of the superstructure, which is quite steep, but is necessary due to the occasional and expected soaking of the superstructure front by overtopping waves. |
